My Life with Jesus

My life is not perfect, I also commit mistakes but when I knew God, my life was totally changed. I was able to dance and be a member of the music team in our church. My parents is also a member of the music team, they are also my guide especially when it is about the Lord. They always remind us the importance of knowing the Lord and giving your life to Him.  I am not perfect - but perfectly loved by the Lord. I was so blessed to have my mom and dad because since I was young they already taught me who is God in our life, how He is so good to everyone and because of my parents I was also able to share it with other people. It is our job to spread the Gospel because that what God's want. The job of the Holy Spirit is to convict, God's job is to judge and our job is to love. It means, we should love as God loves us.  Surrendering your life to Jesus is such a big blessing. You are now saved from temptations. Religion will not bring you to heaven, being good will

Happy :) and Sad :(

What makes me happy? It is the moment when I gave my best and the outcome will be more than what I expect, when I make my parents proud, when I helped someone who is in need, when I go to church to dance and worship the Lord, when I lead the prayer and bible study, when I teach people about the word of God, when the persons around me is also a Christian, when all of my family is a BELIEVER, when I make jokes to that person and then he/she laugh. I am now very happy with all of that even though for you it's just a small thing but for me it's not because if I know that it is what makes God happy and I will do it, NO DOUBT. 🙌❤ What makes me sad? It is when someone makes up a story about my personality  but it is not even true, when someone hurt my family and friends, when I am overthinking, stress, and depressed, when all my effort was wasted, when I forgot to read the bible, when I forgot to thank the Lord even in ups and down, when someone forgot who I am to them, w

Things I've learned in my 7th grade year

Entering the 7th grade is a challenge for me. It is my first time entering a public school and in our first day of class it is so weird because like I just said I do not have any experience with it but everyday I go to school I always learn new things not just in academics but also on having a confidence in showing what I can do even in simple things. It is so hard to adjust but I thank the Lord for always giving me guidance and strength in my life as well in my studies.  Things that I've learned in my 7th grade is that I should always choose who I will be friends with because I know that not everyone will accept and love me. I should give MORE time and effort in my studies because I'm in 7th grade now though we all know it is very stressful not just like in our 6th grade and that I should also be responsible especially when it's all about studying because it is now a big role to everyone of us who are in Highschool Life like me.  Thank you to our teachers who h

The Happiest Boy in the World

N.V. M Gonzales, the author of "The Happiest Boy in the World." In this story, Jose wanted to go to school in Mansalay, the town where Ka Ponso lived. They had moved in the island of Mindoro. Julio started writing a letter for Ka Ponso about Jose that is in sixth grade now. "Since he's quite a poor hand at looking after your carabaos, I thought it would be best that he go to school in the town" Julio added. He didn't add that Jose had to miss a year of school since coming here to Mindoro. 😊 The story of Jose is somewhat common to some of us in our true life story. Nowadays, we could see people especially youths, who are really determined to pursue their dreams. They are willing to work even though its hard for them. The story was quite inspiring because it encourages unfortunate people to believe in their dreams, that their position in life is not a reason to give up and despite to their financial problems. This also teaches people to keep in their

The Sacrifice

The Sacrifice, what is Sacrifice? Sacrifice is giving up something or someone for good. In this story, Crispin sacrifice his one and only carabao bestfriend Silver. He sacrifices Silver to have money for his mother's delivery for their 5th child. For him, it is so hard to sacrifice someone that who really matters to him. Actually I have this same feeling with Crispin, and I think all of us will have this same feeling too because it's hard to give up someone you loved the most but then Crispin realized that his sacrifice will be a big help for his family especially for her mother. 🙌 In the middle part of the story, Tina, who is the mother of Crispin, she encouraged her husband Tomas that in spite of the problems they are facing, they should have a strong faith in God and believe that God is planning what is best for them. 😊 At the end, Crispin cried and hugged his mother because now he realize the importance of sacrificing especially to the family. Through ups an

Reflection on "The World is an Apple"

💕 👪 The story "The World is an Apple" is not just like the ordinary stories we see or read. It was about a family who was poor. They don't have enough money to buy what they need and what their child wants. Mario, the father had lost his job just because he get the apple that was rolling on the floor. I was shocked when I found out that the reason why Mario lost his job is just because of that apple.  But even though its for the sake of her daughter Tita, it is not a enough reason to steal the apple. Stealing is bad. If he wanted that apple, he should work hard for it, give his best so that he can give what his daughter wants. Not all people can get what they want, they should work hard for it so they can also learn from their mistakes. We should all remember that God will provide our needs, we should not give up and lose faith because God will bless us  much more than we ask for. He will continue to bless us when we continue to believe in Him.  😍
