N.V. M Gonzales, the author of "The Happiest Boy in the World." In this story, Jose wanted to go to school in Mansalay, the town where Ka Ponso lived. They had moved in the island of Mindoro. Julio started writing a letter for Ka Ponso about Jose that is in sixth grade now. "Since he's quite a poor hand at looking after your carabaos, I thought it would be best that he go to school in the town" Julio added. He didn't add that Jose had to miss a year of school since coming here to Mindoro. 😊
The story of Jose is somewhat common to some of us in our true life story. Nowadays, we could see people especially youths, who are really determined to pursue their dreams. They are willing to work even though its hard for them. The story was quite inspiring because it encourages unfortunate people to believe in their dreams, that their position in life is not a reason to give up and despite to their financial problems. This also teaches people to keep in their mind that the we should not worry about our future because God's plan is always perfect. As the bible says in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ❤
Don't worry, because God knows what's best for our life.
